Non-Returnable Policy (UK Law Compliant)
Digital Download Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all downloadable items — including our Food Safety Management System (FSMS) PDF and Kitchen Diary Sheets — are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once the download has begun.
This is in accordance with UK consumer law, which states that the right to cancel does not apply to digital products once the customer has started downloading or accessing the file.
Before completing your purchase, please ensure the product meets your needs, as refunds cannot be issued after download.
Printed FSMS Books
Our printed Food Safety Management System books are produced to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
If your book is damaged on arrival, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
